Our return policy lasts 30 days. Products must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for an exchange or return. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method and may take 3 to 5 business days.

SECTION 15 – EXCHANGES, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS

Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
If you wish to change size or model, once you receive your package, you must request a return and make a new purchase. Exchanges are only valid for another item of equal value; in case you choose a more expensive item, you must cover the difference.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

We cannot process refunds or returns in the following cases:

• The product shows obvious signs of use.
• The product is not in perfect condition.
• The product is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to us.
• The product is returned more than 30 days after shipping.

Shipping for Returns
To return your product, you must contact us at thesocietyfitness@gmail.com. We will provide you with the necessary instructions to proceed with the return. The customer will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with the return of the product.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notifying you of the receipt of the returned item, as well as the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, which should reflect in your account within 3 to 5 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, follow these steps:

• Check your bank account again.
• Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
• Contact your bank, as processing time may vary before the refund is available.
